WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS...... WORKING TOGETHER FOR MENTAL HEALTH
The video features those who have had mental health difficulties or are still coping with them in the community. They and those close to them tell their own stories in their own words. And as they do so they address the fear, ignorance and stigma which can leave them isolated and rejected. The Bishop of Ely commissioned the video because he is convinced that ordinary understanding and friendship has great power to change their experiences for the better.
